Megapari platform rules
These terms apply to everyone using the Megapari site and apps. They cover registration, betting, deposits and withdrawals, bonuses and account closure. Registering means accepting them.
General terms
This section sets out the basic conditions for using the platform. Every user agrees to them at registration, and the operator reserves the rights that the licence requires it to hold, including the right to verify who you are.
- You must be 18 or over and legally able to enter into a contract.
- Account details must be accurate and up to date. False information can lead to suspension.
- Megapari may amend these terms without prior notice, and a change takes effect as soon as it is published on the site.
- Each user may hold one account. Creating duplicates is not allowed.
- All content, logos, trademarks and software on the platform are protected by copyright.
- Users must not take part in illegal activity, fraud or abuse of the system.
- The platform is not liable for losses caused by technical faults, force majeure or a third-party service outage.
- Disputes are settled under the applicable law and arbitration procedure.
- If an account is suspended or closed, open transactions are settled under the rules.
- You are responsible for the security of your account and must report unauthorised access at once.
Betting rules
Bets are accepted only from registered users aged 18 or over. A bet is confirmed when it appears in the bet history, and from that moment it stands regardless of what happens next — including if the odds move.
- A bet is accepted only when the account holds enough balance.
- The minimum stake differs by event and is shown on the bet slip.
- Maximum stake and maximum winnings are capped by sport and by market.
- Odds are fixed at the moment the bet is placed and do not change afterwards.
- If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets are refunded or resettled under the rules.
- Bets accepted at odds that are clearly wrong may be voided.
- The platform may investigate suspicious betting patterns or attempts at manipulation.
- Live bets are accepted according to the state of play, and a short delay is possible.
- Accumulators and system bets follow their own rules and settlement methods.
- Bets placed with bonus funds carry extra conditions and a wagering requirement.
Deposit and withdrawal rules
Financial transactions run under verification and anti-money-laundering requirements. Withdrawals go back to the method the deposit came from, an identity check is completed before the first payout, and transactions outside the stated limits are refused.
- Deposits are possible as soon as the account exists, and most methods credit in real time.
- The minimum deposit depends on the payment method and is shown on the deposit screen.
- Withdrawals are processed only after identity verification is complete.
- Wallet withdrawals are processed within 24 hours, bank transfers in 1 to 3 working days.
- Withdrawals go back to the same method used for the deposit.
- No transaction fee is charged on a deposit or a withdrawal.
- Funds still under a wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn.
- Funds can be frozen where a transaction looks suspicious or points to fraud.
- Verification may call for an ID document, proof of address and a copy of the payment method.
- The platform monitors all transactions to prevent money laundering and terrorist financing.
Responsible gambling
Gambling addiction causes real harm, to the person and to those around them. The platform provides deposit limits, stake limits, session limits and self-exclusion, and support will set any of them on request.
- A local health service or counsellor: help with problem gambling, free of charge in many cases;
- Gamblers Anonymous: a self-help group for people with a gambling problem;
- A mental health service: treatment for gambling addiction and counselling;
- An online self-check: review your gambling and see where the risk sits;
- Family support programmes: counselling and advice for the families of problem gamblers.
Anti-money-laundering policy
The operator follows international anti-money-laundering standards and the requirements of its licence. Identity is verified at registration and again where a transaction warrants it, and unexplained activity is reported as the rules require.
Privacy policy
Personal data is protected under the privacy policy, which covers registration, identity verification and payment processing. It is a separate document and forms part of these terms.
Security measures
Accounts, data and transactions are protected with current security practice: encrypted connections, optional two-factor authentication at login, and monitoring for activity that does not match the account's history.
- SSL encryption protects every data transfer;
- Two-factor authentication can be switched on to protect the account;
- Transactions are monitored in real time and suspicious activity is flagged automatically;
- Firewalls and intrusion detection block unauthorised access;
- Security audits and vulnerability checks are carried out regularly;
- Passwords are stored hashed with a strong algorithm;
- Account activity is logged so unusual access can be traced;
- Payment data is handled securely, to international standards.
